Cambridge

Cambridge had always been in my checklist since I arrived here in London. Be its century old renowned colleges or its scenic punting drives, it has for ever snatched the attention of tourists from all across the globe.Likewise I was also immensely exhilarated to witness this attractive destination. Hence, stepped into a pretty train from Liverpool Station, grabbing some finger licking lunch bowls from Wasabi, we set off our interesting journey. The astounding greenery outside our windows didn't letme comprehend when two hours passed by with the blink of my eyes, as immersed I was into it. Cambridge city seemed quite refreshing to my soul. Not much cacophonous as any other metro cities, rather a serene place I must confess. While travelling by its locql bus, I was contemplating, how eminent personalities used to set their feet here and there everywhere in Cambridge, where I was perhaps touching their steps currently.

However, I notices, within a few minutes, we arrived at our sought after destination. I compehended that, then, I dropped myself amongst a huge swarm of tourists from all around the corner. I was a little taken aback as I didn't anticipate to witness such a massive crowd there on an ordinary day. Nevertheless, started to head towards the university campus by walking on the cobblestone pathway. If you can distract your attention from the lucrative shops all around the university campus, like me, you will be also be able to hold your focus on Kungs College, which was peering out of the road with its tall, firm, rigid posture. Don't forget to trap this moment in your lens immediately. Now let's dive in visiting other noteworthy colleges like Trinity, St John's etc which kept on waving at me by the road one after another. Here, I must incorporate one matter which almost fooled myself . The moment I arrived at Trinity Csmpus, I was a little dtartled by a sudden crow tourists aiming their lenses at something particular there. I comprehended it was the world famous Newton's Apple Tree seated at the campus pavement. It was sheer ecstasy to me to witness this epitome of a brilliant scientific discovery. The next moment all my enthusiasm drowned in vain when I unravelled that, the tree was artificial; planted as a model to the original one. Without wasting a single moment, I digressed my path to some other way.

Who won't experience the thrill while walking by the same old streets once utilised by the stalwarts?  And  you will certainly loose yourself into oblivion by the typical european charm while walking by and getting acquainted with the unknown alleys of Cambridge. If you are fancying to ba sk in the grandeur of Cambridge, the I would recommend you to go for Punting by the river Cam. This will certainty transport you to the authentic realm of Cambridge by exhibiting you the magnificent greenery in both sides of your ride and of course the world famous colleges are the cherries On the top. In this matter, I would advise you to check out the weather forecast especially the wind situation beforehand otherwise it may leave you in an unpleasant state. From the treasury of my personal experience, I couldn’t explore the punting as the exceedingly windy and stormy weather betrayed my plan. However, I turned my back and started heading towards my home with a little dissatisfaction but took determination to return here again in order to quench my unfulfilled voyage.

Nevertheless, I indulged myself with an immense pleasure while roaming around this poised yet charming town. Looking forward to hearing your feedback too after your visit here.
