Digha a long sought vacation

 Some people looked down upon my selection of vacation spot to be Digha that too after a long time. People exclaimed with confusion that what on earth we would be vacating at nowhere else but Digha so nearby our own habitat. I know your concern is valid dear but listen I have to confess here that we had an immensely enjoyable vacation at this "invaluable" spot. I am here to share my experience here with you guys so that next time you people also have some fun moments there without reaping any grain of regrets.

Going by our signature tradition these  days, we once again turned out late for our tumultuous train ride to Digha. But fortunately we didn't miss it rather the train itself turned out exceedingly late. However, as the train departed the station our hearts were overpouring exhilaration. After almost adecade may be, we hit a train ride, isn't that exciting! It really soothed my eyes while miles after miles of mustard fields kept on passsings parallelly with us , epecially, the flowers incessant swaying healed my exhausted mind. Concsiousness awakened in me with the cacocophony generated by the hawkers who were approaching relentlessly with their sacks consisiting myriads of lucrative items and created a juxtaposition with the outside tranquility. After a long time, all these buzzes started humming in my ears that am still alive and a long way is awaiting for me to embrace this beautiful life.  However, after a three and a half an hour train ride when we landed at Digha, I couldnt feel any fatigue of a journey rather felt rejuvinated since we haven't travelled for such a long time .

Though settling down my aged inlaws in a toto turned out a little difficult initially but ultimately ushering them in a lavish hotel like New Gitanjali became quite soul pleasing since the hotel is nestled nearby the Railway station. Now let me depict the magnificence of New Gitanjali elaborately. Since my childhood I had been used to stay in different standards of hotels during vacations be it inside India or abroad. In USA I had witnessed five star hotels like Marriott or Hyatt Regency while dwelling there, but I could never anticipate that such a  royal, luxurious hotel like New Gitanjali could exist in a place like Digha ! From very the footsteps of the entrance till its terminal point, the grandeur of the hotel dazzled our swollen eyes from exhaustion initially and gradually, we as if got immersed by its intricate wall decor. Each and evry nook of the hotel turned out immensely organised and immaculate.  The decoration must be an outcome of a modern hand who is endowed with a fine taste for everything. Right the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staffs  flawless courtesies  impressed us. They ushered us to our allocated sea-facing rooms which fascinated us right from its first glance. I can recoubt well, the most I stepped inside this so called Romeo Juliet room, one word rolled out of my mouth and that was simply a Wow ! What an unparalleled room embellished with utmost immaculateness I was witnessing right that moment whivh was litterally unprecedented. The person who has set up this room and adorned it ,has doneit aesthetically pleasing.The intricacy of decoration made me ponder over it for some time.I was bowled out while I  found the sea view from the balcony so amazing. This seemed the dream room for me for which I was aspiring quite a plenty of days. However, the appearance of the hotel, the demeanor of its staffs, the prime location of the hotel everything were going beyond my expectations, the only matter where I haven't witnessed yet was its food department. But to my utter surprise this aspect also bagged full marks out of me as its served food which seemed heavenly, that much delicious it was. You won't believe, the likelihood its delicacies was so profound that, we tried our  hands on the most popular restaurant of Digha but to our utter surprise, it disappointed us with its signature dish Ilish Bhapa. Instaed we savoured our experience at New Gitanjali.Hence, our overall experience with this hotel remained supreme in every single aspect.  

Now let's move on to the next leg of my experience, where I shall unravel my experience of Digha as a visiting spot with you fo,ks. After Florida, I was perched on coming across some seabeach as soon as possible bjt this plan was somehlw dragging on and on. Goa beingmy first choice but its airfare turning out heavy for my pocket I succumbed and hooked up to some nearby beach as for now.  As I grabbed tickets of Digha ac chair car that easily, I compensated my mind with it as its been a while I haven't visited it. Now cut to the chase, I thoroughly enjoyed this entire trip without any sort of regrets in my mind.New Digha beach brought me such an air of tranquility and refreshment that I completely drowned into oblivion of tjis places nearby location. As if some distant place had produced  a spell of serenity , it made me ponder over this  place in such a way. When we were seating in front of hotel Seahawk and gazing over the sea for some time my mind shed off every kind of restlessness. That moment, I could really comprehend why sick peole visit sea beaches to recuperate, to heal. It definitely has some healing aura. However, won't drag this article any more.
